Alstom have an opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to join the Alstom team on a permanent basis located in the Milton, QLD office.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor - Blue Collar to join our team and work directly with our managers to source the best talent for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects! In this role, you will own the recruitment process from requisition approval to candidate onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate and manager experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to support them through the hiring process and become a trusted advisor.
- Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques aligned to the requirements of each role.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to on-boarding.
- Build talent pipelines for key roles.
- Candidate database management & reporting
- Adhering to quality and compliance process
Skills and experience required:
- Team player with a positive, can do attitude.
- Previous recruitment experience – Internal or Agency.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and process focused.
- Solid IT and System skills (Taleo, Success Factors, PageUp or similar).
