In this role you will:
- Be the interface with the Customer quality and safety teams
- Ensure that the TLW is planned and performed at the appropriate phase of the Tender.
- Provide Return on Experience regarding the Project Industrial Organization (PIO) defined.
- Provide Return on Experience regarding the list of suppliers identified.
- Ensure that the TDR is planned and performed at the appropriate phase of the tender.
- Ensure that technical gaps identified during the review are followed and treated before submission. Including robust mitigation plan and risk assessment.
- Ensure that the QCDP is planned and performed at the appropriate phase of the tender.
- Perform QCDP readiness review with Bid Manager to evaluate Tender maturity, according to the Tender checklist, before the QCDP meeting takes place.
- Ensure open actions are robust with PIC and Due Date assigned.
- Review the complete RFP provided by the customer to well understand the customer requirements.
- Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure the proper application during contract execution in accordance with the contract requirements, and to the Alstom processes
- Contribute to the criticality assessment of sub-systems to ensure right level of safety and quality assurance as well as inspection activities for all identified CTQ.
- Guide project teams in understanding Quality contributions to the project.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with Management background is ideal
- Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools
- Experience in managing Quality from tender stage
- Awareness on Processes and Products delivered in the project,
- Awareness on Processes and Products delivered in the project
- Rigor, Communication, knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,.) and quality tools
