Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the Site Director on strategic transformation, using site SQCD objectives and Alstom Performance system (Continuous improvement) roadmap
- Support each department in Alstom Performance system deployment by providing on-field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools
- Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach Alstom Performance system targets defined with each subject matter expert based on Continuous improvement roadmaps
- Consolidate and report deployment status on a monthly basis to Depot Managers and Alstom Performance system(Continuous improvement) team/ ANZ Quality
- Assist the Operations by reviewing task sequencing, reducing non-added value tasks, developing methods and tools to improve results
- Map local processes flow chart and identify room for improvement
- Support Quality Teams in Problem Solving approach with proper implementation and tailoring of problem solving methods
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary engineering qualifications
- Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects
- Demonstrated use of lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset)
- Proven experience in project management across multiple sites with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
