The role involves providing administrative support to Project Director and Core Team members, including raising miscellaneous requests, incl. travel and recruitment. The role is also responsible for doc control of communications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing, recording and having oversight of a range of documents, information and reports.
- Processing requests such as annual leave, travel arrangements and flights, expenses, purchase requests and orders.
- Liaising with the project team and a variety of stakeholders regularly to obtain and record information and compile reports for review
- Arranging meetings – including room bookings, equipment, refreshments, etc
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and being regarded as the 'go to' person for the team.
- General office management tasks – reception of visitors, room allocation, mail, invoices etc
- Email management: where appropriate responding on Project Director’s behalf.
Key Requirements:
- A willing, resourceful attitude that enjoys being the point of contact for a team and quickly becomes 'the glue that keeps the team together'
- Working knowledge of MS tools and systems and able to pick up new systems well
- Organised but still flexible with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Resilient and positive attitude that stays calm under pressure and can share a laugh with others!
