Take on a new challenge and apply your Testing and Commissioning expertise in a new cutting-edge field.


Purpose of the Position
Install and test & commission the signaling onboard VATC system in accordance with the contractual commitments and applicable process and documents. This role is a 15 month until September 2024!

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, Update & submit on time Installation, Test and commissioning documents (records, reports, method statements, technical documents, requirement management and etc) in accordance to the required specification.
  • QMA (Quality Management Assurance) Monitor, supervise, & report the site installation activities and ensure sub-contractor’s quality of work achieves the desirable quality level.
  • Report all issues related to materials(MNCR), Design Issue(NCR), Faulty Equipment(FR), following the process of Change Order, before site execution, Contract awareness is necessary in related field, Configuration Management, Planning, Follow internal process to raise any non-conformities found at site.
  • Site support Downer Rail to perform PICO, Static and Dynamic Train testing and troubleshoot the system errors found to enable the series train production.
  • Manage the onboard commissioning spares to support the testing period.
  • Integration between the onboard system, communication, wayside system during testing
  • Preparing a plan and ensuring to deliver as per committed plan,
  • Troubleshooting, Log analysis in case of any issues encountered.

Key Requirements

  • Work experience in Signalling Systems with CF650 VATC background
  • Testing and Commissioning experience and able to work in shifts
  • Knowledgeable in rollingstock interface with signalling
