Could you be the full-time Advanced Operations System (AOS) Key User in our Dandenong site we're looking for?
Your future role:
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be directly supporting Production with the set-up and ongoing support of proprietary Alstom software Advanced Operations System (AOS) for Rolling Stock projects onsite.
We'll look to you for:
- Performing tests before implementation and/or update
- Ensuring the data migration from GSI and eventually pilot the data rework
- Training the users
- Supporting Production's questions and issues within the AOS system
- Ensure set up of Master Data during project start-up
- Pilot the implementation of data from Global Single Instance (SAP ERP) into AOS
- Ensure the consistency of those data between the different systems
- Manage the impacts of process changes in the systems
- Set-up effectivity for application of the changes
- Perform audits and train the end users; Production operators, support functions, site management team.
All about you:
- Manufacturing or Process Engineering background
- Basic knowledge of Engineering design and supply chain
- Sound experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management
- Familiar with IS common tools
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
