Could you be the Early Careers Recruitment & Development Lead located in our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane offices that we're looking for?
Your future role:
As the Early Careers Recruitment & Development Lead, you'll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, ANZ you will coordinate and execute the early career programs including work experience, internship and graduate programs for the Australia & New Zealand region. With your expertise in this space, you will be the key driver in shaping the development and implementation of our early career programs. Your passion and energy will see you champion a range of programs from campaign marketing, recruitment, selection and then onboarding and learning/development.
We'll look to you for:
- Driving the end-to-end deployment of early careers initiatives for Alstom including the work experience, intern and graduate programs across ANZ
- Developing and drive an annual project plan, including campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, internal and external collaboration to execute the annual campaigns
- Overseeing the support to the program participants, including the preparation and communication of launch presentations to the stakeholders and potential candidates, including coordinating communication with school and university partners
- Supporting recruitment activity, include gathering EOI for various programs from the business; attend relevant industry events, coordinate the recruitment activity in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team, including advertising, shortlisting, assessment and offer management
- Contributing to the success of the Early Careers Program, by positioning and promoting Alstom at careers/graduate fairs, virtual expos/webinars and online presence
- Serving as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and sound advice to HR Business Partners and managers on a range of graduate and intern placement queries
- Supporting the development and delivery of the learning and development initiatives. This will include facilitating programs and events from time to time and deploying improvement actions
- Assist with relevant social media, contributing to the Global Employer Branding strategy
All about you:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- Previous experience in a HR/Talent Acquisition role is desired
- Proven background in the delivery of end-to-end deployment of early careers initiatives within a multinational organisation
- High-level interpersonal, communication skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative professional relationships internal and external stakeholders as well as partners including; Schools, TAFE colleges and Universities
