Could you be the Operational Excellence Manager we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your operational management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Services Director ANZ, and work alongside a diverse group of Colleagues that support our Services business across Australia.
You'll play a critical role in leading and driving operational excellence and best-practice across our portfolio of Service/Maintenance projects in VIC, NSW, QLD, WA and SA. You will also be responsible for leading and managing transformational change, and standardising our operation. In this role your base location can be flexible, however there will be a need to travel frequently.
We’ll look to you for:
- Challenging the way in which we operate and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Reviewing and auditing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating and implementing best practice, and driving transformational change.
- Standardising our operation across the Australian Service/Maintenance business.
- Leading, coaching and managing a teams to drive cultural and operational change.

- The demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage operational teams.
- Experience in a similar role driving organizational transformation with a national/regional scope.
- A sound understanding of operating and managing a service/maintenance operation.
- A technical background (Trade or Engineering) would be highly advantageous.
