Could you be the full-time Training Officer in Dandenong that we are looking for?
We’ll look to you to:
- Schedule and deliver training and assessment activities to staff on various projects and competencies
- Provide regular and timely updates / feedback and KPI's to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and update the training databases / record keeping systems (LMS)
- Complete regular reports to get a clear monitoring of learning activity and support functions with accurate data
- Supervise the deployment and follow-up of training programs
- Monitor the evaluation of training, training hours per person, supplier quality and other areas
- Assist as required with budget and forecasting as required
- Promote the program within the organization by organizing workshops for the Dandenong site and other sites as required, regular updates to the managers of the specific functions, ensure proper balance between sessions planning and cancellation

- Qualified Trainer and Assessor (minimum CIV TAE40116 or working towards TAE40122)
- Relevant experience ideally from within a manufacturing or high-risk environment with safety obligations (or similiar)
- Effective communication skills: being able to communicate and work with a wide range of diverse stakeholders and colleagues
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and general IT activities
