Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organisational skills in a cutting-edge field. You’ll report directly to the Supply Chain Lead and collaborate with a passionate, supportive team at our Nowergup facility. In this role, you'll take take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material handling, monitoring KPIs, and creating action plans for one of our key maintenance/service operations. Every day brings an opportunity to work closely with a caring team, uphold HSE (health, safety, and environmental) standards, and ensure our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is implemented and used effectively - along with other exciting responsibilities.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring all employees and partners follow company HSE policies, safety procedures, and promptly reporting hazards or near misses
- Guaranteeing correct storage conditions, material availability, integrity, and timely delivery to production lines while maintaining ERP accuracy
- Managing physical and system flows (receiving, put-away, kitting, shipping) and optimizing warehouse layout, line feeding, and storage space
- Tracking KPIs, analyzing root causes of issues, implementing corrective actions, and contributing to APSYS (Alstom Transport Production System) and process optimization initiatives
- Providing vision, setting objectives, coaching team members, conducting appraisals, managing workload, and ensuring adherence to warehouse processes
- Overseeing outsourced logistics activities, ensuring compliance with HSE and ERP standards, monitoring performance through KPIs, and collaborating on issue resolution
