What You’ll Do
- Lead the bid lifecycle for medium and high-criticality tenders—from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid reviews.
- Mentor and develop talent by coaching Bid Managers and Senior Bid Managers, assess skills, and build development plans.
- Drive planning discipline & reinforce Work Package Reviews, document assumptions early, and ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
- Collaborate across functions aligning Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global units to deliver integrated solutions.
- Innovate with digital tools and implement best practices and leverage AI-driven analytics to improve speed and quality.
- Embed continuous improvement and lead Win–Loss Analysis (REX), build a reusable bid library, and standardise ANZ-specific checklists.
