Our Workplace Health Safety Business Partner, reporting into the AusPac WHS Manager, will partner with our internal stakeholders to ensure our leading engineering consultancy is fully effective in mitigating its WHS profile and maintain our culture of health and safety interdependence.
Your key objectives will be to:
- Support the effective implementation of the WHS Management System across all three of our national business units
- Ensure our workers are appropriately supported to achieve the required WHS expectations of their role through various avenues
- Apply an evidence and risk-based approach in determining opportunities to continuously improve our approach to WHS & risk management.

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
- ICAM investigation certification
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 31000:2018 and ISO 450001:2018
- Extensive experience in all facets of WHS
- Demonstrated experience working in construction, engineering, professional services or a similar industry is desirable
- Experienced in developing and implementing contemporary WHS cultural improvement programs
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS policies, procedures, processes and practices within a national organisation
- High level of personal integrity, ethical standards and interpersonal skills
