We’re looking for a motivated Business Develeopment Manager to join our Power Technique team, helping grow market share across WA & NT. In this role, you’ll champion our range of electric submersible and diesel dewatering pumps—working with customers across mining, civil, construction, local authorities, and rental partners.

What you’ll do

Identify new opportunities and grow your territory through proactive sales activity
Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, and forecasting
Keep on top of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in your region

To succeed, you will need

Proven sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
Knowledge of pumps, generators, or related mechanical equipment
Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to travel across your territory
