We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Branch Supervisor to lead our busy workshop and keep operations running at their best.
In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day workflow, support and mentor a team of talented technicians, and ensure every job leaves the workshop meeting our high safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our plant, equipment, and facilities, creating a clean, organised, and efficient environment for the team to thrive in.
You’ll be the central link between the workshop, customers, and management — keeping communication clear, jobs on track, and performance targets in sight. If you love problem‑solving, motivating people, and improving processes, you’ll feel right at home here.
To succeed, you will need- A trade qualification in Mechanical, Diesel, Heavy Equipment or similar
- Leadership skills and confidence coordinating a team
- Strong troubleshooting ability and workshop experience
