Location: Townsville
Aurizon’s Townsville Port team is seeking a Heavy Transport Operator G7 on a full-time permanent basis. Applicants will need to hold MC licence and have experience driving heavy vehicles.
Remuneration/Benefit: competitive hourly rate

- Working Mon – Fri with potential overtime on weekend when required
- Full time permanent residential position working for Australia’s Largest Freight Operating Company
About the role:
- General labouring duties as required
- Operate & maintain including basic maintenance tasks on heavy vehicle
About you:
- Mechanical aptitude
- MC drivers’ licence and a safe driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Heavy forklift & loader ticket will be highly regarded, but not mandatory
- Ability to complete paperwork such as pre-starts on vehicles, defect reports and other various reporting
