  • 10 days on 4 days off roster, working up to 12 hr shift

About the role:

Reporting to and working closely with the Supervisor Construction & Maintenance this Kwinana based position will see you working effectively and efficiently as a member of a close neat team to support them in provision of operational maintenance in the nominated locations. You will be performing the following duties:

  • Operating machinery unsupervised ensuring all aspects of works are carried out in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with all relevant manuals and standard
  • Carrying out minor and preventative maintenance to the technical level of competence attained to ensure maximum equipment availability
  • Liaising with the relevant leadership and teams regarding output to maintain flexibility and updating program requirements
  • Assisting tradesperson in mechanical/electrical repairs/maintenance as required
  • Undertaking administrative and recording duties to ensure correct information is forwarded to the applicable administration destinations on time

About you:

  • ACR Protections Office qualification
  • Strong personal commitment to safety
  • Unrestricted 'C' Class Driver Licence (Mandatory)
  • Sound level of both written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of track maintenance, inspection standards, systems, and processes
  • 'HR' or “MR” Class Driver Licence although not essential will be highly regarded
  • Welding, and/or other trade tickets although not mandatory will be highly regarded
