About the role: Perform a range of tasks/activities that involve the optimisation of operational activities.
- Operate light lifting and vehicular equipment (including forklifts up to and including 16 tonne)
- Operate and maintain heavy lifting equipment (exceeding 16 tonne) and other sundry terminal/site equipment.
- Handle bulk dangerous goods.
- Load/unload and secure freight for transport (including labelling and sealing wagons/ containers)
- Complete load manifest paperwork including use of TMS Pro system if required.
- Use a IPad for load and unloading of containers
About you:
- Relevant qualifications
- C Class driver's licence
- Forklift licence
- Reach Stacker licence (preferred)
- Substantial skill in carrying out routine tasks associated with operations
- Substantial knowledge of rules and regulations of operations area, Workplace Health and Safety and Dangerous Good
- Sound quality focused customer service, communication and team work skills
