  • Contribute to stakeholder communications, engagement, and training activities to support adoption and business readiness.
  • Work closely with Change Managers/Senior Change Managers and Project/Program teams to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate across AEMO’s enablement functions and the Enterprise Change Practice to deliver consistent, aligned and high‑impact change experiences.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience working at an Analyst level, particularly large scale and complex initiatives
  • Hands on experience in detailed analysis and change Impact assessment, as well as some experience in the design/contribution of strategies/plans, Communications and Engagement, Learning and Training, People Readiness, and Handover activities.

In return some of our benefits to you

  • Flexible working: work from home, part time, job share, hybrid options, and additional leave options
