Your new role
In this 12-month contract role as a Communications Consultant (Retirement), you will be responsible for building connection, understanding and trust with our customers through clear, targeted communications to create loyalty. In this role, you will help the business communicate relevant information to our customers - members, employers, unions and advisers.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Execute strategy and creation of timely, multi channelled integrated marketing communication materials to maximise the desired outcome.
- Implement when required significant change or high priority service communications.
- Produce and maintain digital and print collateral such as brochures, forms, videos, web-pages, social media assets and booklets.
- Update and improve admin letters and email, tools and calculators, newsletter content, stakeholder communications and campaigns as required.
- Plan and deliver go-to-market support on new and/or updated business products, member benefits and member services.
What you'll need
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Multi-channel communications and marketing experience.
- An ability to work well with others through presenting ideas, perspectives and solutions.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver programs on-time, to budget, and to the required standard.
- Well-developed ability in converting technical concepts into plain language.
- Extensive experience developing a wide variety of end-to-end communications, including the writing, sign-off management, design management, production and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
