Your new role
As the Manager, Administrative Operations you will lead a team to ensure that Administration services are delivered in accordance with the Business Rules and associated service agreements. The primary purpose of this role is to monitor the performance of our administrator and other service delivery partners who are involved in the administration of members' superannuation.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team to ensure they are empowered and accountable to deliver to their objectives and quality outcomes.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building trusted and meaningful relationships.
- Assist with planning and influencing the strategic direction for administration management.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance and address any areas of underperformance.
- Manage complex enquiries and escalations from the business and members when required.
- Contribute to the Member Operations strategic roadmap and annual business planning process.
- Work closely with peers on continuous improvement to prevent complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risk to the Fund.
- Be the SME for Member Operations for the Fund including working groups and projects.
What you'll need
- 5 years' experience in superannuation within the operations and administration space
- Proven experience in dispute resolution and complex complaint management
- Strong leadership experience
- RG146 highly advantageous
- An ability to read technical documents intelligently, to determine the subject matter and to prepare and summarise reports.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
