As a senior DigitalStrategist, we’re looking to you to partner with your colleagues and clients to make their ambitions a palpable reality. You will collaborate with your colleagues and clients to direct, define and design enterprise wide experience strategiesfor leading enterprise clients. To do this, you will apply and develop your sector knowledge, critical-thinking and core consulting skills to surgically diagnose and resolve complex business issues through innovative digital solutions.

Collaborating with senior client executives, you will assist our clients in successfully defining and adopting modern approaches to technology including technology strategies, modern architectures, operating models & ways of working, and investment planning / business cases to support client business priorities
Manage and lead the delivery of a broad range of strategic advisory engagements to support clients through their modernisation, transformation, and innovation journeys
Leverage appropriate insights, trends, methodologies and assets to deliver high quality client advice
Balance your strong analytical and inter-personal skills including storytelling, facilitation, problem solving, negotiation, etc. to deliver client outcomes
Build clear and measurable strategic roadmaps and supporting business cases that both delineate a broader end-game, while also prioritizing quick wins with near-term measurable impact
Get involved in high priority pursuits and sales opportunities, including development of winning proposals, coaching bid teams, and embedding a continuous learning and improvement framework with ongoing focus on improving win rates
Actively develop and maintain senior client relationships and networks by being relevant, innovative, and consistent
Market / Practice Impact:
Work with the wider Advisory team to bring the best of Avanade to our clients through our people
Refine and expand Avanade’s Digital Advisory go to market strategy and propositions
Contribute towards Avanade thought leadership to continue to position Avanade as a leader in our chosen markets
Embed clear talent attraction and retention expectations for digital services and support in attracting and attaining differentiated talent
Identify and support the most appropriate learning and development plans for the Digital Enterprise Advisory practice together with HR and our talent communities
Encourage efficiency of resources by fostering an environment of sharing and learning and actively contributing with Global Advisory leadership and initiatives
Your skills
To be successful you will be client led, impact-driven and client focused and have a passion for people, with an enthusiasm for diving into challenges at the intersection of business process, people and technology – and a demonstrated track record of delivering outcomes through digital technology.
Significant consulting experience from a top management consultancy, tech services, or digital agencies
Demonstrated experience in selling/delivery/solution leadership - interfacing with executive level clients and fostering collaboration
