Job Title: Senior Consultant

What you’ll be doing:

You will have the skills to deliver successful projects across one or more of our core capabilities, which cover operational analysis, simulation and modelling, data insights or strategic insights, working with our customers to develop future strategies.

• Leading the delivery of projects to customers in either Government and/or the private sector to cost, schedule and high quality
• Engage and build relationships with our senior stakeholders and customers across BAE Systems and MOD
• Apply consultancy skills and toolsets to understand their strategic and operational objectives, identify their data and analysis requirements, and develop sustainable solutions to support their decision-making
• Being an excellent communicator; with an ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience
• Supporting capability development by coaching and mentoring more junior member of the CORDA team

Your skills and experiences:

• Previous experience of leading and delivering projects to a high standard
• Have a degree in a numerate subject, or relevant experience to offset
• Have a strong track record of applying analysis techniques to a range of complex problems with a high attention for detail
• We hire people with backgrounds in all industries but knowledge of the Defence sector (or experience of using the above skills in Defence) would be desirable, but by no means essential.
