About the Role
As the Change Analyst in the Home Buying Transformation team, you’ll be a key contributor in creating and implementing the design, delivery and implementation of our change management strategies and plans. Excitingly, this portfolio includes the delivery for our Home Buying team and touches all parts of the home loan value chain, with a focus on customer experience and growth. A key senior member of our team, thisrole will need to be proficient with change principles, processes, practicesand behaviours that are necessary to effectively manage, initiate and influencechange across the Home Buying Transformation program of work. The primary responsibility is to Implement actionable change deliverables and interventions, applying structured methodologies (the DeliverME and ChangeME frameworks) to build necessary capability; effectively communicate and engage employees, sponsors, stakeholders and customers; and manage resistance and impacts You will need to work with many others to succeed – you’ll provide direct support and coaching to a range of senior stakeholders and peeps from right across the business whilst actually making a difference that you can see!
About you
You're a born change leader! Withstrong stakeholder management skills, you like to roll up your sleeves and getstuck in and you’re looking for something to sink your teeth into. Your ‘gogetter’ persona means you can bring a great mix of experience and exuberance toour teams, backed up by your proven capability in managing and leading changewithin a customer-centric operational environment. We’d love if you had some changeexperience with home buying or banking with a relevant degree in the field, however these are not a make or break.
