Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Reporting and Analytics, a team of SMEs delivering digital analytics solutions and initiatives across Group Marketing.
We currently have two opportunities for a Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst (internally referred to as a Digital Marketing Reporting Specialist), one permanent and the other 12-months fixed term that has genuine possibility of extension. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Reporting and Analytics Manager you will define, document, develop, and deliver timely and relevant data reports and channel indicators that identify consumer behaviour across marketing platforms.
Collaborating closely with the Data Insights team, Digital Marketing, and Group Marketing stakeholders to deliver expert knowledge and solutions for digital customer data flow, conversion, and reporting. Your regular reporting and provision of deep insights will assist stakeholders to track performance of marketing activity and improve our customers online experiences.
You’ll bring your marketing analytics skills with PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SQL as well as a basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, and CSS to a role where you’ll have the opportunity to add value as you grow your career with us.

This role can be based in the following locations: Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work. As the Digital Marketing Reporting Specialist, you will:
- Produce succinct and accurate reports and dashboards to track business performance against an established criteria such as campaign performance targets and conversion rate
- Deliver reports and dashboards to monitor effectiveness indicators: pageviews, call to actions, leads generated, sales, etc
- Analyse digital user behaviour, trends, and conversion paths to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and accuracy
- Capture digital and user interactions on digital platforms via Google Tag Manager or related tag management platform
