About the role
Join us as we continue to transform and be an innovator! You will directly contribute to developing our internet banking applications used by millions of customers. We are transforming, moving to a cloud first model, modernising and simplifying and you can be part of that! We’re scaling up, working in smaller teams to deliver richer features faster.
You will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies, mentor others to see them improve their skills, whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies.

Responsibilities include:
- End to end development to deliver full stack solutions for internet banking apps (web and mobile), APIs and Microservices.
- Work in a cross functional team to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders to deliver innovative features.
- Support and mentor other developers in your team to enable them to develop technically.
About you
We would be really interested to talk to you if you have some of the below experience:
- Software engineer with very strong Ruby on Rails, React, GCP, React Native, Typescript, Javascript, API, iOS and Android, skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment and also be flexible to be able to work in large enterprise projects
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communications skills
- Understand and build CI/CD pipelines
- Looking to continuously improve the code and our way of working
- Ability to mentor/train/coach junior software engineers as they join our growing business
