A Career Opportunity For You To Make Your Mark In Banking
You, the National Manager Specialised Property are a key strategy player, leading a portfolio in excess of $1Billion. You will lead the Property team and its business development activities.
The Property team sits within the Specialist Lending and Corporate Banking function. As their leader, you are responsible for driving growth and retention targets and implementing the national business development plan for the Property segment.
Your goal is to deliver against growth targets in line with Business strategy. You set the framework of the team strategy and develop the operational and reporting requirements in line with the Property strategy. You will champion positive change and contribute to the greater Business Banking leadership objective through developing and mentoring your team through business growth and customer outcomes.
This full time, permanent position is a National role and will require travel nationally, with a base in either Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney. We support a hybrid way of working, with flexible work options available.

- Growth through identifying key performance indicators and align portfolio growth with market expectations and risk
- Early engagement with clients, key stakeholders to ensure we influence successful outcomes
- Leadership through providing guidance, setting behavourial standards and mentoring
- Strengthened relationships with stakeholders and clients to positively impact growth
Does this sound like you?
- Exceptional understanding and insight of the property space (corporate level)
- Finance industry knowledge, equipment finance, FX and interest rate products, investments and treasury services
- Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring remote teams
- Track record of impactful strategy planning and implementation
- Advanced financial literacy
- Strong digital literacy
- Exceptional hands-on, knowledge of property and specialist lending
- FSRA accredited
- Business or Finance Tertiary qualification required, with post graduate qualification in a Business or Finance related discipline desirable.
