On our journey to be Australia’s Bank of choice, we continue to set the example of how banking should be: progressive, sustainable, shared, and trusted.
Sustainability is at the core of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s purpose and is reflected throughout a range of activities within the Bank’s day to day business. In line with this, we have been creating and building an ESG and Sustainability team responsible for delivering on the Bank’s approach to ESG including climate action.
As our ESG & Sustainability Project Coordinator you will be a key contributor: enabling the team to effectively communicate its sustainability approach, progress and outcomes to our internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will also be involved in establishing benchmarking reporting and getting our data coordination systems set up and ready to use for BAU.

This role can be based at one of our main office locations in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that the team are in the office together, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.
Join a small, non-hierarchical team that are collaborative, support each other, and incredibly passionate about making a difference! Be part of an organisation where your input is valued and the work you do will make a real impact for climate change, now and for the future.
