About the role
Based at any of our head office locations, this permanent, full time Implementation Manager role reports to the Senior Manager Third Party Banking Support. Are you someone who is a strong coordinator with thorough organisational skills and is quickly able to build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders alike?
With key responsibilities overseeing multiple client projects at one time, you will be a key part of the successful delivery of new and emerging business opportunities, overseeing the transfer to BAU and ensuring projects are implemented in line with expectations You will be responsible for facilitating the business implementation of change driven by Group, Consumer, or Third Party Banking initiatives and strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity where you will get to be part of highly driven division where you are front row to the action.
About you
- To be successful in this role you will have:
- Highly developed coordination and organisational skills
- Advanced influencing, negotiating and communication in cross-functional environments
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to draft successful business cases
- Project Management experience preferred
- Proven ability to influence positive outcomes and collaborate effectively with peers
- Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and customers
- Extensive knowledge and experience of banking products and systems advantageous.
