About the role

Initially you will have the rewarding challenge of setting up your targeted commercial broker network: tell our story to bring the right Brokers on board; educate them on our policy, processes, value proposition and suite of products; support them through the accreditation process.

This opportunity will then see you proactively servicing your brokers to drive growth within the agri loan portfolios in your region. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with our aggregator partners and accredited brokers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure the best solution is delivered to our brokers and customers.

A regular day will include relationship building, problem solving, broker education and workshopping complex scenarios. You’ll facilitate webinars, attend and present at PD days, conferences and other marketing and training opportunities.

We have 2 full time, permanent positions available:

  • SA/WA/NT region: can be based in SA or WA
  • QLD and Northern NSW region: Ideally based in Brisbane, but will consider anywhere in the region



The ideal candidate will have:
  • Detailed knowledge of the rural/agri lending market
  • Proactive approach to business development
  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and establish self as a trusted advisor to both staff and Brokers/Aggregators
  • Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of commercial credit
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present with influence to a large audience
  • A solution-based mind set, with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes
