About the role

Based at any of our Head Office locations, this full time, permanent Document Management Support Lead Role reports to the Senior Manager Systems and Document Management with key responsibilities relating supporting the development of BEN’s forms, support of BEN’s Electronic Document Management System, BEN’s Customer Communications platform and BEN’s Knowledge management system.

You will play a key role in Develop the Groups forms that are adhering to style guides and compliance obligations. You will support the Groups knowledge management system and the Groups electronic document management system. You will assist the Customer Communications platform and will assist in developing new Communications delivery alternatives. You will also develop new processes and procedures to move paper-based documents into the electronic documents management system and work with and support the SME’s for document generation and records management to achieve their goals

This role would be a fabulous fit for an individual that is interested in the IT space and being mentored in the coding space (no previous coding experience required).

Role is available in a hybrid working capacity.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to relate to the needs of team members and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to make sound reasoned decisions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications including SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Bendigo Bank systems including iCentral, SmartComms, and Forms Library, EncompaaS.
  • Knowledge of current business policies, processes & procedures.
  • Understanding of document management technologies and form design tools.
  • Programming skills including Visual Basics (VBA), JavaScript and MS word (Text) (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to challenge current processes and identify effective and efficient solutions
