About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the support you need to do what you do best – listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals.
This position is located across the Community Bank in Beaufort. The role is permanent, part-time. The roster is 28 hours per fortnight. The days of work are Monday's and Fridays.
About you
You will bring:

Extensive experience in a customer service environment

Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results

An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone

An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different

Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
