About the role
Based at any of our head office locations, this 12-month fixed term, full time, Process Automaton Analyst role reports to the Process Improvement Lead (Automation) , with responsibilities relating to the design, implementation and documentation of workflow and process automation solutions.
You will conduct analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, configuration and testing automation, implementation and post-implementation activities to deliver outcomes in line with the Operation Enablement strategy under Process Automation. Furthermore, you will be working closely with the Process Improvement streams, business leaders and stakeholders to determine requirements and deliver process automation initiatives.
As the Process Automation Analyst, you will work with Senior Leaders, Business Unit Managers, and other business stakeholders to implement key change initiatives into the business and you will clearly communicate changes and follow a structured approach to change management to ensure initiatives are implemented into the business with minimal disruption.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- Business analytics or process improvement experience
- Exposure to a process / workflow environment such as Appian BPM, Agile methodology and/or RPA
- Experience interacting with Executive and Senior Management is desirable
- Sound influencing and negotiation skills
- Highly developed time management skills: including ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines and expected standards
- Banking/Finance knowledge and understanding highly desirable
