About the role
Based at our Adelaide Head Office location, this Permanent, Part-time position reports to the senior Manager Valuations and External Relationships and will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the Bank’s Panel Valuers, whilst ensuring their compliance with the Bank’s processes and service levels. Key responsibilities of this role include understanding workflow across business areas, changes to business rules, lending policy and processes ensuring any changes are effectively managed and implemented.
Working closely with Customers and Business Stakeholders, and being the central point of reference, the Relationship Liaison Officer will understand the business and assist Customers and Business Stakeholders in accordance with the Group Policies, to achieve their goals.
Key activities in this role will include:
- Provide ongoing support with administration tasks as directed, including, but not limited to, reporting, invoice reconciliation, ongoing maintenance of EVT Sharepoint site and Information Security Maturity questionnaire.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and to ensure solutions are focused on the Group’s strategy.
- Liaise directly with Panel Valuers to work through discrepancies and address any service issues as required.
- Provide support & assist with completion of tasks associated with quarterly Hindsight Review as directed by EVT Management.
- Ensure compliance with all credit legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure work practices are conducted in accordance with all Bank risk management and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus when liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders by listening, asking questions, and trying to ascertain and meet their needs.
- A professional approach and a willingness to be open minded, dynamic, flexible and adaptable Highly developed multi-tasking skills, managing high workloads when necessary and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Highly developed time management skills, including being organised, able to prioritise work load and able to meet deadlines.
- The ability to identify key risks and solutions to mitigate risk in line with role. Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to maintain a highly accurate approach with constant attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
