About the team and role
The Business & Agribusiness Transformation Team provides a critical connection between the business and enterprise transformation delivery teams and in business change. The Team is responsible for bringing the voice and needs of business customers and identifying the opportunities to deliver enterprise value. We ensure that the flow of ideas and resources are delivered in the optimal way for best decision making outcomes and maximise ROI.
As the Project Analyst, Business Planning & Engagement , your purpose will centre around partnering with experts and leaders across the business to track initiative value. You are the point of support for both transformation and business initiatives in line with the Business and Agribusiness scorecard. Another major focus of this role is to support the Planning Lead function with continuous improvement of portfolio view of initiatives and the build out of capacity planner to support the management of resources for the shaping of new initiatives and sequencing of project delivery.
This is a full time 6 month fixed term maternity leave cover contract.
Ideally, this role will be based in one of our main office locations in Adelaide, Melbourne or Bendigo for the days that you’re in the office, noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today, with at least 2 days to be worked in the office.
About you
It is an excellent time to be part of the Business & Agribusiness division and we are looking for someone who also shares in this same passion for a 6 month secondment. This is a great opportunity to build on existing skills and gain exposure to some of the transformation projects that are existing and up coming projects in the time frame. To set you up for success, we are looking for those with:
- Strong commercial acumen, we’d like to see you demonstrate this in your current role
- Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts
- Power BI experience will be very highly regarded
- Demonstrated capability around data sourcing and business analysis
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
- Exposure to reporting and process documentation
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred
