About the role
Based at and of our head office locations, this permanent, full-time Workforce & Real Time Analyst role reports to the Senior Manager Standard Workforce Practices with key responsibilities relating to ensuring we have balanced and cost-effective rosters to meet our customer demands across all channels and in line with our business and financial objectives. The role works broadly across the Eeco to ensure that the Bank has employees with the right skills working at the right time to meet our customers’ expectations and needs. There will be a key focus on real-time management and ensuring we manage our staffing and call queues effectively with productivity and cost front of mind.
You will to ensure that workforce data will be provided to support both tactical and long-term decisions relating to the workforce of the Bank. In addition, this role may also engage with managers across the business to provide information on their workforce as well as potential future scenarios.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of resilience and social awareness when partnering across the business with stakeholders
- Previous experience working as a workforce planner preferably in a contact centre environment (2-3 years).
- Team player and possesses a can-do attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience in managing competing priorities.
- Flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business.
- Inter and intrastate travel as required by the business.
