About the role

Based at any of our Head Office locations, this permanent, full time Senior Resilience Services Manager Role reports to the Head of Risk and Compliance Services with key responsibilities relating to providing technology risk and third party risk SME expertise - you will provide your advice and expertise with a focus on working across the entire Division. This position plays a Division-wide role as opposed to each of the risk teams within each of the underlying business units that focus predominantly on that particular business areas.

You will attend relevant RCSA’s to provide input regarding business technology risk and third party risks and furthermore support improvement in control design and operating effectiveness and treatment plans to mitigate technology risks in line with the Bank’s risk appetite. You will be required to support the business to implement relevant frameworks and policies in conjunction with reviewing relevant frameworks and policies and providing feedback.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in technology-based roles in risk or technology services functions
  • Strong skills in risk management and project focused roles
  • Experience in negotiating outcomes at a senior level within an organisation
  • Experience in writing high level reports and making presentations
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and related markets.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation impacting Business Unit
  • 5 year’s experience in a similar role
