As part of our growth strategy, we are mobilising a national team of Agribusiness Direct Managers who grow our existing smaller or less complex agribusiness customers and attract new customers to our value proposition via a digital experience.

To be successful you will have:

- Experience in leading a direct financial service business, including leading a team to meet targets, grow portfolios and meet customer needs.
- Supporting through change: Drive and lead a positive change culture and champion the one-way-same-way philosophy
- Experience with leading & implementing growth strategies in the micro Agribusiness segment - advantageous
As a Senior Manager , Agribusiness Direct you’ll get to :
- Increase market share in target markets and coach your team around deepening customer relationships, identifying and referring opportunities across our group with growing customer needs as the first priority
- Proactively contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives
- Build the skills of your team to enable growth in key lending, transactional and deposit products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
About your next role
This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Head office location in Melbourne. Your team will be geographically dispersed across capital cities and regional hubs. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, with a hybrid model of minimum 3 days in a local head office per week.
