About the role

Working closely with your team and leaders across the organisation to support the Bank to meet evolving customer needs, run our business more efficiently and achieve growth required to make our business sustainable.

You will be designing and developing dashboards and visualisations for internal customers providing insights to the highest quality and in an efficient manner.

You will use data modelling to connect various internal and external data sources and create visualisations to uncover actionable insights and answer questions around the changing trends and future needs of our customers.

In this role you will get to:

• Design and develop dashboards and visualisations that are engaging and in consideration of user experience.
• Undertake data modelling to connect various internal and external data sources.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the Bank’s goals and objectives.
• Implement standards and process improvements where financial and statistical deficiencies have been identified.

About you

You will have experience in a role focused on Business Intelligence / Reporting / Analytics / or equivalent.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in developing data models and data visualisations using Business Intelligence software such as Power BI.
• Demonstrated database query experience such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Power BI Service will be highly regarded.
• Ability to adapt analytical insight to effectively communicate findings appropriate for the audience.
• Outcome driven, with a persistent focus on leveraging technology to drive customer and business value.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted and effective working relationships across the organisation.
