What you will enjoy doing

  • Lead and implement Health, Safety, and Environment systems across EPC construction sites, taking independent responsibility for assigned HSE tasks
  • Provide site-based HSE leadership including supervision, permit-to-work coordination, training, and contractor engagement
  • Report and present safety performance, risks, and issues to HSE teams and business stakeholders
  • Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
  • Participate in HSE inspections, reviews, and audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and lead HSE activities on small to medium construction sites
  • Thrive in a team that values diversity and inclusion, bringing your unique perspective to foster a strong safety culture

What makes you great

  • Demonstrated experience leading HSE execution on at least four (4) EPC construction sites
  • Strong working knowledge of construction and commissioning activities supported by basic engineering understanding
  • Proven ability to guide, coach, and influence site teams and contractors on HSE matters
  • Ability to independently use HSE systems, tools, and site-based software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse site and leadership audiences
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and related applications
  • Commitment to uphold safety, integrity, and respect in all interactions
  • Availability and willingness to travel as required
  • Experience in EPC or construction project environments is essential
  • Trade or college qualification with 9+ years of HSE experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HSE experience, or
    Master’s degree with 5+ years of HSE experience
