What you will enjoy doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone and email
  • Assist industrial and trade customers with product advice and sales
  • Manage stock, receive/dispatch goods, and maintain displays
  • Support product demos, upselling, and promotions
  • Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard/forklift work
  • Maintain a clean and compliant store environment

What makes you great

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced retail/trade setting
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)
  • Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks
  • Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal
