Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations, repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance activities Lead, coach, and support workshop personnel to achieve safety, quality, and performance objectives Monitor fleet availability, maintenance schedules, and breakdown response to minimise operational downtime Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, OEMs, and warranty providers Ensure accurate maintenance records, compliance documentation, and system updates are maintained You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency, reliability, and cost control.
