What you will enjoy doing
- You will manage the compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industrystandards
- You are accountable for reliable 24/7 supply of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen to meet customer demands
- You will be the rostering of the site and directing supporting resources and preparation of the site 3-5 year plan
- You are accountable for the site’s preparation of annual budgets and cost control of the On-site Operations within the site and overall budget compliance
- Lead, plan and oversee execution and value reporting (eg. Value Capture) of improvement opportunities
- You are able to meet contractual and supply commitments and tactical decision making
- Collaborate effectively with peers and Engineering and Performance COE to achieve overall On-site Operations objectives
- Actively demonstrate our Values of Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion and Community
What makes you great
- You should have operational experience and exposure to process plant operations and site-based activity or equivalent in a production environment
- You must have knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and
control systems - Qualifications in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
(desirable) - Proven track record of people, project management including conflict resolution
- You should be able to build productive working relationships and communicate with
confidence - Commercial contract experience would be an advantage
