What you will enjoy doing
- Overseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock
- Coordinating freight with external providers, balancing cost and time frames
- Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts
- Supporting counter sales and merchandising to enhance store sales
- Assisting with administrative tasks including invoicing and liaising on credits
- Demonstrating welding and industrial equipment internally
- Managing workflow with technicians and prioritizing tasks is part of your role
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email support
What makes you great
- Experience in warehouse, workshop, or logistics environments
- Familiarity with welding equipment and industrial tools is beneficial
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about welding products
- Proficiency in SAP or similar systems is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail suits your profile
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items
- Effective communication and customer service skills are required in this role
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in working hours
