What you will enjoy doing
- Accountable for compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry (eg. Food, Healthcare)
standards - Accountable for meeting contractual and supply commitments, as well as to coordinate with plant staff to achieve KPIs and annual plan objectives
- Support cost control of plants and budget compliance
- You will support the compliance of Process Safety & People Capability standards
- Support and suggest activities required to ensure reliability and improvement of the plants
- In this role you will be accountable for the compliance of Contractor management and for timely and accurate data reporting
- Support the planning, supervision and execution of maintenance activities
- Monitor, alert and assist the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations including shutdown and restart
What makes you great
- 3 years Operational experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations and site based
activity or equivalent - University degree in Engineering desirable in Chemical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
- Collaborative approach
- Influencing skills
- You must be an effective communicator and have problem solving skills
- Overall knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
- Capable of utilising company business and safety systems
- Prioritisation and time management
- Decision making is required, as well as contractor management
