  • Playing a hands‑on role in filling, handling, testing, and processing BOC and privately owned cylinders—work that directly supports essential industries and medical services

What makes you great

  • A current forklift competency, giving you confidence in handling and moving cylinders safely
  • Formal certification in relevant production or technical activities
  • Experience working in an industrial environment (ideally two years or more)
  • Additional training or courses that strengthen your operational capability
  • An understanding of group dynamics and how to work effectively within a team
  • Exposure to team leader training or the ambition to develop into leadership
  • Practical experience in the gases industry or a strong interest in learning it

Remuneration is aligned to our latest Enterprise Agreement, providing a stable and predictable annualised salary structure. The role offers an average 45‑hour working week, with the flexibility to support team coverage during periods of sickness or annual leave. You’ll also have access to up to two banked hours per week, giving added support for managing work–life balance while contributing to the overall flexibility of the group.
