What you will enjoy doing

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multiple remote and metropolitan onsite production facilities
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of all plants
• Oversee plant startups, shutdowns, troubleshooting, and abnormal operations
• Respond rapidly to operational issues, coordinating resources to minimise customer and business impact
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plant Technicians and contractors
• Collaborate with logistics, ROC operators, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations
• Act as a key point of escalation for customer supply issues and operational disruptions
• Manage the maintenance system (CMMS), including work planning, scheduling, job closure, and record accuracy
• Lead site safety programs, including PTW, JSA, risk reviews, inductions, and contractor management

What makes you great

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or equivalent experience in industrial production environments
• More than five (5+) years’ experience in plant operations, with at least three (3) years in leadership roles
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation aptitude suit your profile
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, CMMS systems, and reliability improvement
• Proven ability to lead autonomous teams across multiple sites
• You have strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making capability
• Experience with industrial safety systems (PTW, risk assessments, MHF compliance)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to after‑hours operational issues
