Lead day-to-day plant operations, including loading, unloading, and LPG transfers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to Linde Life Saving Rules and Major Hazard Facility requirements, promoting a culture of safety
Supervise and coordinate employees and contractors to meet production and safety standards, fostering teamwork and accountability
Issue site permits and oversee safe work practices, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
Act as Emergency Warden, coordinating evacuation drills and emergency responses to uphold safety protocols
Oversee cylinder degassing and testing, ensuring timely and complete delivery outcomes, while managing stock control and chemical handling
Prepare and distribute daily production reports, coordinate transport documentation, and support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities

You are a visible, safety‑focused leader who thrives in an operational environment and leads by example.
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or production environments, with a strong safety focus
Demonstrated safety leadership and the ability to create a zero‑harm culture
Proven experience supervising teams, including labour hire or contractor workforces
Strong communication, influencing and conflict‑resolution skills
Sound operational judgement, including the authority to stop work if conditions become unsafe
Open to overlook two plant operations and handle heavy seasonal work
Broad understanding of LPG processes would be an advantage
Hold a clean Driver License
