Boral have an opportunity for an Administration Officer at our Narooma Timber Mill. If you are organised, have an eye for detail, enjoy making sure things run smoothly and like to have a laugh with your teammates, we may be just what you are looking for.
Key duties include
- Accurate and timely data entry of Production data and report generation
- Purchase orders and receipting
- Preparation and data entry of employee timecards
- Coordination of employee and visitor inductions
- Monthly HSEQ reporting, audits/inspections and team updates
- Coordinate office equipment, supplies and fuel requirements
- Invoicing, banking and mail duties
- General admin (documents, meet & greet visitors, filing)

- Experience in Site Administration or supporting large teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- The ability to develop effective working relationships within a team environment
- Attention to detail
- A strong commitment and focus on safety
Core hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 7.30 to 4.15 and Friday 7.30 – 1.45 - some flex available
