About the Opportunity
Boral have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our NSW Supply Chain & Logistics team. You will be responsible for managing the daily fleet operations for the NSW Metro region, ensuring full compliance to internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Prestons Logistics office.

Duties
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include:
- Overseeing company drivers including workforce management such as recruitment and leave
- Overseeing medicals and on boarding of Drivers
- Ensuring safety through Toolbox Talks, inspecting customer sites and managing CoR compliance and breaches
- Contractor Management
- Undertaking Heavy Vehicle inspections
- Investigating incidents and accidents
- Resolving public queries and complaints
- Utilisation of company assets
About You
We are seeking a driven individual who can demonstrate:
- A current and valid Drivers License
- Background in logistics/ transport – desirable
- Genuine interest and commitment towards learning and development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities within fast paced environments
- Good technological skills with the ability to learn new systems (Excel, telematics, payroll systems, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
