About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Specialist to join Boral’s QLD Concrete team!

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and optimising the technical performance of our Concrete products. This is an exciting opportunity where you will contribute to Boral’s sustainability initiatives and add value to a variety of infrastructure projects across Queensland.


  • Assisting production teams with concrete mix design management
  • Engaging with Sales/ Customer Service teams with customer product queries and technical support and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring quality of concrete raw materials and reducing concrete mix costs
  • Active monitoring of test results for concrete products to ensure conformance to Australian Standards and specifications.
  • Assessing product’s field performance for suitability with customer requirements and applications
  • Reviewing technical content of project specifications within tenders and offering innovative product solutions

About You

  • Demonstrated experienced as a Concrete Technical Specialist
  • Strong customer focused worth ethic and a solutions driven approach
  • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities and presentation skills
  • Experience with enterprise applications including QestMix, QestLab and Command
  • Current Driver’s License and the flexibility to travel across South East Queensland
